What is The Box?
We are a temporary anthology calling for submissions over the course of three issues, aiming to capture work from a generation that feels stuck in a time warp. Focusing on three themes: the future, past, and present. We are looking to showcase how we imagine, remember, and feel in this very moment.
We are focused on lost futures, nostalgia culture, our obsession with finding meaningful ‘moments’, the fleeting notion of memory and time, and how we can remain present in uncertain environments.
We want to create an epoch filled with experimental, culturally sharp, and radical art, musings, fragments, and visions.
Our next issue is Past. If you are an emerging artist or writer, or simply someone who has something to say or show, we want to hear from you.
